Wisconsin Realtors sold almost five-percent more existing houses in October, compared to the same month last year. The Realtors Association reports today (Monday) that almost 73-hundred homes were sold statewide last month, and the median sales price rose more than six-percent to 175-thousand dollars. The group says a tight supply of available houses continues to keep prices up, with an inventory that’s almost 14-percent below the previous October. For the year as a whole, home sales are up one-point-one percent from the first ten months of 2016, with the median selling price up six-percent.
