Police officers from Janesville and Beloit have taken a shooting suspect into custody. Latoya Hill was arrested Sunday while she was sitting in a vehicle stopped at the Illinois state line. Hill is accused of trying to shoot a man when they met for prostitution. The victim says she forced him to give her money before trying to shoot him at the Holiday Inn Express in Janesville. Hill is charged with attempted first-degree homicide and armed robbery. She is being held in the Winnebago County Jail in Illinois, waiting for extradition to Wisconsin.
