The Milwaukee Brewers have filled their 40 man roster after signing right handed pitcher Dylan Baker, who’s had numerous injury problems. The Cleveland Indians designated the 25-year-old Baker for assignment last week after he suffered a broken fibula in 2014, had Tommy John elbow surgery, and had complications later from that. Baker made 17 minor league appearances last year. Brewers’ G-M David Stearns says Baker is 100-percent healthy now, and he has transfer options that will give him flexibility of getting more action in the minors. Baker has had 65 games and 48 starts in the minors, wih a 12-11 record and a three-point-five-eight E-R-A.
