A Manitowoc man was arrested on Monday after police found at least $5,000 worth of stolen property in his attic. Police had a warrant out for 37 year old Joshua Hetue (HEY-too), and executed that warrant on November 22nd. Among the items that were found, were several that were stolen from a residence on the 2100 block of South 21st Street between October 27th and November 5th. Hetue told officers that he was not involved in the robbery, but admitted that he knew the property was stolen. Hetue was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property and misdemeanor bail jumping, as well as a felony charge of manufacture/deliver heroin.
