The Oshkosh Corporation is beefing up security after an employee allegedly threatened his workplace. Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher DeJesus of Omro is charged in Outagamie County Circuit Court with a felony count of making terrorist threats. Sheriff’s officials say DeJesus was upset about the circumstances of his layoff as a contracted employee at the Oshkosh plant in Greenville — and he apparently told a shift leader he would shoot at employees. The leader notified police and said he was frightened by what DeJesus allegedly said. A judge set bond at five-thousand dollars, and DeJesus is due back in court December eighth for a preliminary hearing.
