Despite requests from Democratic party leaders, Milwaukee State Representative Josh Zepnick says he’s not going to resign. Zepnick is accused of kissing two women without their consent during a 2011 election party and at the party’s state convention in 2015. The Cap Times reported Friday Zepnick said he had never been confronted with an allegation like that. He later apologized to the women, but said he wasn’t going to resign. Wisconsin Democratic Party chairwoman Martha Laning says sexual harassment will not be tolerated as she called for Zepnick to step aside.
