A Wyoming judge has ruled a Wisconsin man will have his 92-thousand dollars returned, eight months after it was seized during a traffic stop. Musician Phil Parhamovich had hidden what he called his life savings in his car while he was traveling to performances in several Western states. He was never arrested or charged with a crime, but authorities had refused to return the money. The 50-year-old Madison man was stopped near Cheyenne last March. Parhamovich says the law enforcement officers who pulled him over implied that carrying that much cash was against the law.
