A Wisconsin state representative accused of kissing two women without their permission says he disagrees with the decision to remove him from five legislative committees. Josh Zepnick says he has been facing anonymous allegations presented through news media reports. He says he has issued a public apology, but isn’t getting his constitutionally-guaranteed due process. Assembly Minority Leader Gordon Hintz says the Democratic Party’s leadership team takes the allegations against Zepnick seriously. He says removing Zepnick from the committee assignments was one of the very few disciplinary actions available to him.
