Federal prosecutors say a 24-year-old Keshena man engaged in sex acts with two under-age girls on the Menominee Indian Reservation. Two counts of aggravated sexual abuse have been filed against Ricki Mahkimetas Junior by the U-S Department of Justice. The incidents allegedly happened in March 2016 and last August. Both alleged victims are under the age of 12. Prosecutors say each of the counts carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years, up to life in prison.
