A suspect in eight Winnebago County sexual assaults will undergo another competency exam. Joshua Immel has entered a plea of not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect and his attorney asked the judge for another psychological review. Immel is accused of attacking four women at three different locations — all of the attacks carried out on the morning of September 17th. In addition to the seven sexual assault charges, he’s also charged with kidnapping.
