A 23-year-old Wisconsin man faces charges of reckless homicide in a fatal shooting two years ago. Fifty-one-year-old Alvin Brown was riding in an S-U-V when shots were fired into the vehicle. He died before the driver could get him some help. The weapon that fired the shots was found in a Fleet Farm parking lot in Germantown last Tuesday. A witness in the car with Marquise Brown told investigators he fired a shot at the S-U-V when it briefly blocked their car from moving. Marquise Brown’s D-N-A was found on the gun. Marquise Brown and Alvin Brown weren’t related.
