The Racine common council will revisit the idea of charging parents a fine if their kids are caught bullying others.  The council tabled a vote on the ordinance Wednesday night and set a public hearing for January 17th.  It was introduced by Alderwoman Tracey Larrin, who said it would help children be safe from cyberbullying and other issues after they are home from school.  If it’s approved, parents of kids who are caught bullying and don’t change their behavior could fines of up to one thousand-dollars.
