The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development reports today (Thursday) that the state’s unemployment rate was three-point-two percent in November. That’s the state’s lowest unemployment rate in 18 years and zero-point-two percentage points down from October’s jobless rate. The national unemployment rate in November was four-point-one percent. The number of private-sector jobs in the state increased by 28-hundred between October and November.
