The U-S Army has placed an order for 258 more Joint Light Tactical Vehicles under a contract which went into effect two years ago. The latest order is worth a little over 100-million dollars. Oshkosh has already delivered more than one-thousand of the J-L-T-Vs since October of last year. The government is testing the units and is on schedule to provide them for operational use by the Army and Marines in Fiscal Year 2019.
