A Green Bay man cause a massive police response and the lock down of surrounding schools, when he smashed his vehicle into a group of vehicles at Lambeau Field. 40 year old Chay Vang proceeded down a ramp into the stadium after the crash. Police responded to the incident after someone reported an active shooter, which caused the lock down of area schools. The report was incorrect, as Vang was brought in without incident. Vang was in the Brown County Jail without bond Saturday on suspicion of four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety of persons. He also faces a probation violation charge pending in connection with his most-recent felony OWI conviction, which was in Brown County 2015.
