A Dodge County judge has sentenced a Watertown man to 20 years in prison for supplying the drugs which caused a woman’s death. Prosecutors told the court 50-year-old Terance Jannke sold heroin to Grabriel Brandl, then Brandl injected Holly Nehls. The lethal dose killed Nehls. Wisconsin statute says any person connected to the delivery of a drug which causes a death can be held responsible. Brandl was already convicted of first-degree reckless homicide in the woman’s death. Several heroin users took the stand to say Jannke had sold the drug to them for several years out of his mobile home in Watertown.
