Officials with the Wisconsin Air National Guard say their pilots will follow flight paths designed to minimize noise during training flights this week. Madison residents are being told they may see or hear F-16 fight jets taking off, or landing, until about 9:00 p-m, through Thursday. That training normally is conducted during the daytime, but night operations are part of the overall training program for the pilots and maintenance personnel with the Air Guard.
