Wisconsin’s governor says he will use his State of the State address in two weeks to reveal more details about his prison overhaul plan.  Governor Walker wants to remove juvenile inmates from Lincoln Hills and house them in five regional facilities.  Walker is also expected to talk about his priorities for his eighth year in office.  Democrats have criticized the Republican for not doing more to make the regional juvenile prison system a reality.  The governor says he will talk about priorities like education and health care.
