Green Bay Alderman Guy Zima is facing possible sanctions after a new complaint was filed about him allegedly violating the city’s code of conduct. Alderwoman Barbra Dorff is the party accusing Zima of breaking six sections of the code of conduct. She says that the violations started back in February of 2016, and most have been captured on video at various meetings involving City Council Members. Dorff cited numerous examples of Zima failing to treat the public with respect, making hostile statements to elected officials and allegedly attacking or intimidating city employees and referenced an incident in 2004 when he allegedly put his hands around an employee’s neck. An outside attorney is expected to review the complaint to determine if it should move on to the city’s Ethics Board for a hearing. 00
