Testimony has started in the reckless homicide trial for a 59-year-old Bancroft man. Prosecutors say Scott Sawyer was speeding almost three years ago when he lost control of his sports car and it rolled over. A passenger, 52-year-old Gregory Turner, was ejected and suffered fatal injuries. There were no witnesses and Sawyer doesn’t remember what happened April 4th, 2015. Jury selection was completed Wednesday morning. Turner and Sawyer were friends.
