The U-S Department of Justice has gone to a federal court in Madison asking that a suit filed by a veterans group be dismissed. The Veterans Administration informed about 600 patients that their dentist at the Tomah V-A Medical Center might have exposed them to H-I-V. He had used dental equipment which hadn’t been sanitized. The U-S attorney says there’s no proof of exposure to a contaminated source, so no grounds for the suit. No veterans were found to be infected with H-I-V.
