Police say an Edgerton man faces several charges after officers find evidence of thefts from motor vehicles and other burglaries. Edgerton Police say 35-year-old Mathew Stout has been arrested on several charges including two counts of burglary, five counts of criminal damage to property and six counts of theft of moveable property. Edgerton police say officers with the department, along with deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at an Edgerton address looking for evidence of thefts from motor vehicles and burglaries. Several items were collected as part of the investigation and detectives say the evidence led to Stout’s arrest.
