A convicted rapist admits he drove 17 hours from his New York home to meet an underage Wisconsin girl for sex. Forty-five-year-old James Huskisson told investigators he used Facebook to start a relationship with the teenager. He reached a plea agreement after being indicted by a federal grand jury. He left what he called a “secret” cell phone in a bag for the 15-year-old at Wolf River Lutheran School September 24th. Evidence confirms that he did have sex with the girl. He faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in a federal prison with no possibility of parole. Huskisson is a registered sex offender in New York state.
