Three people are receiving aid from the American Red Cross as a result of a house fire over the weekend in Green Bay. The Green Bay Fire Department was informed of the fire at around 3:40 PM yesterday afternoon, and responded to the 1700 block of Smith Street. Responding crews report that upon arrival, they saw smoke emitting form the second story and attic. They quickly attacked the inferno, and kept the damage to roughly $4,000 worth. No one was injured in the incident, and the cause remains under investigation.
