Thursdays in Manitowoc are about to get a whole lot better.
Mayor Justin Nickels announces that the Manitowoc Public Library will now be open 7 days week.
The grand re-opening will take place at noon tomorrow.

Both Manitowoc natives say, despite the pain-staking process in the last 18 months to get here, Nickels adds “It’s satisfying to arrive at this point.”

The doors will actually open at 9 am with the ceremony taking place from noon until 1 pm.
