Vicki told seehafernews.com, the information and seminars are at NO COST TO THE PUBLIC and open to anyone in the community or state. With hopes of having all the information regarding the Cities $5,000.00 home buyers grant in time for the opening of the Aspire Education Center on March 1, 2018
