The trial is underway for a 21-year-old Stevens Point man accused of being the gunman in an incident which happened last summer. Tanner Tork is charged with four felonies. Prosecutors say the June incident started with an argument on social media. They say five men drove to 60-year-old Randy Seavers’ home for a fight. Seavers confronted the five as they arrived and his 22-year-old son, Travis, came out carrying a pistol, firing a shot into the air. Police say Tork managed to get control of the gun, shooting the son. They say the father was severely beaten before the five suspects drove off.
