Marshfield Police say a bus driver ordered to stop contacting children has ignored that restriction imposed by a Wood County judge. Fifty-three-year-old Herbert Andres is accused of touching a teenage girl inappropriately at an underage drinking party. When he was released on a signature bond, he was told not to have contact with anyone under 18. Police say Andres continued to reach out to the students through Facebook and Snapchat. Andres will have to explain his behavior when he makes his next court appearance March 19th.
