The owner of Novak’s Service center in Manitowoc, Jeremiah Novak, will be once again shaving his head and face to raise money for juvenile cancer research. He is doing it as a part of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which helps raise money and awareness around childhood cancer. This is a topic that is near and dear to Jeremiah’s heart.
Jeremiah participates in the event with his son. As for how the event will run,
Each member of Jeremiah’s team has a goal of raising $500, which both he and his son have already reached, but of course are looking to raise more. Jeremiah’s team has raised right around $16,000 over the past four years, and are looking to add to that number this year. If you wish to get involved, Jeremiah said it’s very easy.
Donations will be accepted at the event, which will be at Urbane Bar in Sheboygan this Sunday, or you can donate online by clicking here.
