The biennial Wisconsin Youth Risk Behavior Survey finds fewer high school students are drinking these days.  Thirty percent of the students responding admitted they drink even though they are too young to do it legally.  That compares to 50 percent when the survey was taken 20 years ago.  One-in-six students reports binge drinking and nearly two-thirds say they have tried alcohol at least once.  Students are surveyed every two years on topics like alcohol use, sexual activity, school safety and drug use.
