The 53 year old Chilton woman that was involved in the overdose death of 25 year old Kyle Wruck back in October 2016 has been sentenced in Calumet County Circuit Court. The punishment will be five years in prison and five years on extended supervision for Jennifer Verderami, who was convicted of supplying the methadone to Wruck that ultimately took his life. Judge Jeffery Froelich went on the record to say that Vererami needed to be held accountable for supplying the drug, saying “He’d still be alive. He’d still be a dad. He’d still be a son. He’d still be a brother. He’s not anymore.” Two others convicted in connection to the incident will be sentenced later this year. Paris Verderami will be in court on May 8th, and Kevin Bryant’s sentencing date isn’t scheduled until August.
