House Speaker Paul Ryan spoke to a group of Southwest Airlines employees about the new tax law and plans to modernize the air traffic control system.  Airline employees received thousand-dollar bonuses after the announcement by President Trump that corporate income tax rates were being cut.  Ryan held a town hall meeting with some of them in Dallas Monday.  The tax cut is expected to save Southwest hundreds of millions of dollars.  Ryan says Congress should “re-do” the Federal Aviation Administration as it is reauthorized this year.  He was in Texas to raise money for House Republicans.
