A person who left a briefcase full of clothes by a vending machine Tuesday caused an evacuation at a Milwaukee polling location.  A bomb-sniffing dog from Mitchell International Airport was called to confirm there were no explosives in that briefcase.  The location at Pulaski Pool was emptied for about 45 minutes.  Election officials say the ballots, voting machines, and poll booths were in a secure location during the evacuation so they were safe from tampering.  Two voters had to be turned away while the briefcase was examined.
