Sargento Foods Inc. has announced that they will be expanding their production facility in Kiel, adding between 25 and 40 jobs. The company known for their cheese will add 41,500 feet of production space, and will remodel 7,000 square feet of their current work space.  CEO and third generation owner of Sargento, Louie Gentine stated in a news release, “We are proud to once again be growing in Kiel,” as they are only two years removed from their previous expansion project. He went on to say, ““This project will support our commitment to producing safe, quality and legal products for our customers and consumers.” The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
