The Cincinnati hitters finally came alive, breaking an eight-game losing streak Monday with a 10-4 win at Milwaukee. Center fielder Billy Hamilton drove in three runs and the Reds exploded for six in a sixth-inning rally. Until pounding the Brewers bullpen Cincinnati had averaged less than three runs-a-game during a 2-13 start to the season. Brent Suter took the loss, giving up three runs in five innings. Luis Castillo was the winner. The Brewer bullpen was strafed for seven runs in four innings. Shortstop Orlando Arcia was the only Brewer with more than one hit. Reliever Jorge Lopez drove in two of the four Milwaukee runs with a double in the seventh. Junior Guerra starts tonight’s 6:40 P-M game at Miller Park.
