A longtime dining favorite on Manitowoc’s near north side is re-opening today. The Elbow Room had been closed for several weeks following the death of its’ previous owner Harry Parker in March. Pat Ryan is the new owner.

The new name of the restaurant will be the ‘H & C’ Elbow Room after his late parents Huns & Carmen Ryan. The former President of Foster Needle said the skills he learned there can transfer over to the restaurant at 702 Buffalo.
