A Milwaukee man will learn his fate this afternoon when he is sentenced for a human trafficking case. Markell Hogan was found guilty of the crime after a three day trial back in January. Hogan was arrested when he, along with another woman, attempted to lure a 14 year old girl to go with them back in September of 2015. This led to police discovering a sex trafficking operation in Sheboygan. A deeper investigation uncovered the physical and emotional abuse the victims would suffer at the hands of Hogan, while he would force them to have sex for money. The longest Hogan can serve for this crime is 30 years in prison.
