Green Bay Packers wide receiver Trevor Davis won’t be charged for making a joke about explosives at Los Angeles International Airport. A spokesperson for the L-A city attorney office says Davis attended an informal hearing Thursday and was given a chance to explain what happened. He and a female companion were checking in for a Hawaiian Airlines flight at L-A-X earlier this month when an airline employee asked him if he had explosives in his bag. Davis said “yes,” asking the woman he was traveling with if she had packed the explosives. The joke back-fired and Davis was arrested.
