A federal grand jury has indicted three men for a home invasion on Milwaukee’s south side last February. Details of the crime were revealed during the investigation of a homicide case. 31 year old Andrew Pein, 30-year-old Justin Gillis, and 28-year-old Amedee O’Gorman face two federal felony charges. Prosecutors say the three bought 140-dollars worth of heroin from drug dealer Jason Nuck, then decided to go back and rob him. They took cash and crack cocaine. Nuck was shot to death one week later, but no suspect has been identified. The home invasion came to light while detectives were investigating Nuck’s killing.
