The newest Green Bay Packer quarterback, DeShone Kizer, has already impressed his head coach.  Mike McCarthy says Kizer not only has the ability to be an N-F-L starter, he thinks Kizer has the potential to be a franchise quarterback — like the guy he’s hoping to play behind this season, Aaron Rodgers.  Kizer was winless while starting 15 games for the hapless Cleveland Browns last year, throwing 11 touchdown passes and suffering 22 interceptions.  His 60-point-five passer rating was last among N-F-L quarterbacks during his rookie season.
