24 year old Felicia Kuehnl has been ordered to undergo a competency evaluation following her alleged murder of her stepfather. The evaluation will take place in the Manitowoc County Courthouse on May 25th at 3:00 PM. The order came down from Judge Gary Bendix during Kuehnl’s initial hearing, which she attending via the phone. Kuehnl is being represented by attorney Ann Larson. Kuehnl has been charged with the death of her stepfather Randy Loze on April 20th. The total list of charges includes first-degree intentional homicide, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer.
