The Milwaukee Bucks are halfway through the process of interviewing head coaching possibilities from outside the organization. There are six known candidates and three have been interviewed so far. Among them, former Atlanta Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer is thought to be a front-runner, though the team hasn’t said that. San Antonio Spurs V-P of basketball operations Monty Williams, Spurs assistant Becky Hammon and former Cleveland Cavaliers coach David Blatt are still being considered. No one has been officially ruled out — including last season’s interim coach Joe Prunty.
