The Wisconsin Department of Justice is investigating an officer-involved shooting at the end of a high-speed chase Friday. Police had tried to stop a person with a felony warrant, but he took off. Stop sticks were deployed to stop the fleeing vehicle. When the suspect got out of his car, he showed a firearm and engaged surrounding law enforcement officers in a gunfight. His name hasn’t been released. He died at a nearby hospital after he was shot by a Clark County deputy.
