A house fire on the 900 block of Duchateau Ave in Ashwaubenon left the owner displaced. Crews arrived at the home last night to find smoke and flames emitting from the roof. Crews searched the home to find no one inside. While questioning the neighbors, officers discovered that the owner was out of the state. Crews spent several hours poutting out hot spots before they left the scene. While the cause remains under investigation, we do know that the extent of the damage means that the owner will be displaced.
