The Sheboygan man who failed to notice his children fall out of his van while negotiating a roundabout on May 1st pleaded not guilty to the three charges brought against him. Robert Horsch was before a judge on Wednesday to claim his innocence. According to court documents, both children, aged three years and just shy of 2 year old both sustained injuries in the fall, including a fractured skull for the younger child. A pre-trial conference, with a jury trial was planned for late July.
