Less than a week removed from a dog biting incident in Manitowoc, the Two Rivers Police are investigating an incident there as well. According to Lieutenant Karen Elsenpeter, The victim was walking near the large Neshota Beach sign at around 5:45 PM on Wednesday, when a black and brown Australian Shepard with a brown leather collar bit them. The man walking the dog was described as a white male, approximately 50-60 years old, with a white ponytail. Police are asking the owner to come forward, so proper documentation on the canine can be obtained. Anyone with any information on the dog or the owner is encouraged to contact the TRPD at 686-7200.
