Madison golfer Steve Stricker finished tied for second at the Regions Tradition tournament in Birmingham. Stricker’s two-under-par 70 Sunday runs his streak of under-par rounds to 29-in-a-row, the fourth-longest streak in tour history. Stricker finished the tournament at 16-under-par, three strokes behind the winner Miguel Angel Jimenez. Stricker already has two victories this season and is second in the points standings, even though he has only participated in five tournaments. Last week’s competition was the first of five P-G-A Tour Champions majors.
