A trial will start in July for a Fox Cities woman accused of taking the money while forcing a “low-functioning adult” to perform sex acts. Shawna Baxter entered a not guilty plea in Outagamie County Monday. Baxter is charged with arranging meetings where the 27-year-old man would perform sex acts on other men for money. She kept the money. She’s also accused of providing runaway children with meth and injecting them with drugs. Investigators say she admitted the three juveniles police interviewed had stolen cell phones for her so she could sell them and use the money to buy more meth.
