Felician Village celebrated seniors week May 13 – 19, 2018. During the weeklong celebration many activities for residents and staff took place that incorporated the theme of “Celebrating Life’s Stories.”
Activities kicked off with a special waffle breakfast for residents and a “Felician Village Has Talent Show” where staff, residents and volunteers performed skits, played musical instruments, sang and danced. As the week continued residents enjoyed a magic show by Brian Polzer and musical entertainment by John Langman along with delicious root beer floats. Residents also played a modified version of bingo, “Everything is Bigger” bingo.
Celebrating seniors week coincided with the Manitowoc County Health and Fitness Day, Wednesday, May 16. On this day Felician Village staff volunteered to take residents for a walk outside. This activity has been enjoyed by both staff and residents for many years.
Celebrating seniors week at Felician Village recognizes both the staff and our residents.
