Paul Tittl has been given an award by the Wisconsin Public Health Association and the Wisconsin Association of Local Health Departments and Boards. Last Wednesday the two associations named him as their Legislator Of The Year for 2018. During the recent legislative session, Tittl authored a bill requiring the Department of Health Services to provide half a million dollars in annual funding for the control and prevention of communicable diseases. That bill was included in the two-year state budget, and the first money will be distributed to local health departments by J
